- Appeasement was an agreement between Great Britain and Hitler in an attempt by Great Britain to avoid war.

9. Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact
- The Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact was a peace agreement between Stalin and Hitler, and was the last straw before World War II.

- The pact offered both Stalin and Hitler advantages, and after Germany was able to attack Poland, it started the Second World War.
